Ralph J. Blagg
Ralph Blagg is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and he is a graduate of the University of Arkansas School of Law, with a J.D. Degree. Mr. Blagg is licensed to practice law in Arkansas and Texas.
Mr. Blagg has served as defense counsel in hundreds of DWI cases, requiring him to become conversant with the procedures for BAC alcohol testing and with the field sobriety testing procedures actually used and those recommended by the National Highway Safety Transportation Authority (NHSTA). He has examined, prepared for testimony and cross examined numerous police officers and others who claim to be proficient in field sobriety testing.
In August, 1995 Mr Ralph Blagg attended a Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Course. This course is the NHTSA's approved sobriety testing and training course and was conducted at Atlanta, GA. The instructor was Rick Swope, one of the thirty-three original officers trained by NHSTA to train officers in the fifty states.
